What is the working principle of a floor milling machine?

Generally, a floor milling machine consists of an engine, a frame, a milling rotor, a milling depth adjustment device, a hydraulic component, a material collection conveying device, a steering system, and a braking system.

The milling rotor is the main working part of the floor milling machine. It consists of a milling rotor shaft, a cutter seat, and a cutter head. It is in direct contact with the road surface and achieves the purpose of milling through its high-speed rotating milling cutter. The floor milling machine is equipped with an automatic leveling device, which uses the milling rotor side cover as the milling reference surface to control the two positioning hydraulic cylinders to keep the given milling depth constant;

The height of the conveying arm can be adjusted and can be swung left and right to adjust the unloading position.
